Return Process

  Place the glasses in their original packaging, including all cases, cloths, and documentation provided.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
